Permits pursuant to law 104 have been strengthened : The "Cura Italia" Decree has increased by a further twelve days the number of days of paid leave recognized by current legislation for the assistance of disabled family members and covered by notional contributions (the so-called "permits pursuant to law 104/ninety two". The additional twelve days, which can be used in the months of March and April 2020, were added to the three days of monthly leave already provided for by law, for a total of eighteen days for the two months mentioned.
