ESPD selects tutors who are fully qualified teachers from universities and teaching practices in the UK. Our tutors must have at least three years' experience teaching and improving student achievement in their subject areas, as well as DBS checks. We interview all of our tutors where we discuss their experiences as teachers, their strengths, pedagogical approaches, barriers to student achievement and how they can overcome them, and how committed and able they are to improve exam success and outcomes for students.
