Voluntary inactive real estate license
A licensee who qualifies for a real estate licence but decides not to actively operate in the real estate industry during a certain time period and seeks such a change is put on voluntary inactive status. A licensee may convert an active licence to a Voluntary inactive real estate license status by submitting the appropriate form to the DBPR. These licensees currently hold an inactive licence.
