Brooke Winter is a licensed acupuncturist with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a diploma from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. She taught Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 10 years and ran a private practice in Portland for nearly 18 years. Brooke's career began at Hewlett-Packard, where she worked in research and development. Among her many interests is a love for backpacking and hiking in the mountains. She has summited a number of the Cascade mountains.
