Having born and brought up in working middle class family I had a very normal childhood of seeing my father going for work every morning, mother doing all household errands and siblings studying, playing and doing all regular activities expected out of children. Only thing which was different was my mom’s zeal of learning new recipes and trying out culinary experiments. This resulted in whole family loving food and having a fascination of trying out new dishes.
This interest grew manifolds with me doing Hotel management and then entering kitchen. Having worked under many a leading and renowned chefs and different locations (both national and international) I got the opportunity to learn much more in this field. Since last 15 years this profession of mine had to change into my hobby as I had been looking after Admin profile in Companies , needless to say looking after Canteen or Cafeteria was still a part of my job.
The Covid pandemic and its unimaginable negative effect on the whole world has forced us all to think differently . Be it regular living habits , events, celebrations , industry functions , manpower planning, job security, monetary planning, security and almost everything. This impact has prompted me too to think differently. I have come up with an idea of fulfilling my desire that is to share my experiences and knowledge of food to you.
