I wear a simple working shoe, and i occasionally buy special inserts. i sign up for one that is sold with the shoe and put the newest ones entirely on the level footbed. They might not be as common while the large sale edges only however, but let them have time, and they'll produce a term for themselves. They're made out of an abundant leather top and stylized sewing across the shoe.
