Mr. Rosen’s background speaks to his comprehensive legal knowledge and business acumen. He graduated with high honors from New York University and pursued studies at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of business. Mr. Rosen then earned his law degree from New York University School of Law.
His early career included serving as a federal summer clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selma, Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and a federal law clerk to the Honorable Alex T. Howard, Jr., Chief Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. Subsequently, Mr. Rosen served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Myron H. Bright, Senior Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Mr. Rosen served as a senior associate at Shearman & Sterling, where he worked on corporate, complex commercial litigation, and antitrust matters. He later served as senior counsel for AT&T Corp., contributing significantly to the company in both legal and business capacities. His exceptional achievements earned personal recognition from AT&T CEO C. Michael Armstrong for successfully structuring and negotiating complex transactions with annual revenue in excess of one billion dollars.
Furthermore, Mr. Rosen noteworthy contributions to legal literature, publishing law review articles, columns for the New York Law Journal, and various other legal publications. In addition, Mr. Rosen’s guest lectures at numerous law schools, speaking on current issues corporate, securities, insurance, risk management and federal practice issues. Currently, he is authoring a legal treatise on captive insurance law, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing industry knowledge and legal education.
