NBA 2K22's AI-based game strategy algorithm makes playing difficult. When I was playing 2K22 and dropping threes with Luka, the computer started to double team him. If you increase the gameplay setting it will make the AI more difficult to beat.

This year, NBA 2K added all 30 teams' public address announcers' voices to the game. It's fantastic to hear Mavs broadcaster Sean Heath during the gameplay. Fans will feel like they're in the American Airlines Center watching the Mavericks play.

MyCareer's MyCareer mode has changed the narrative from the previous year's game. Players have three choices to begin their careers. You can go to college, go to the G League, or jump straight to the NBA draft. I went with through the G League route because I was curious to see what it could offer you to pick from any in the G League franchises. Unfortunately, you get sent to the G League Ignite team by default.

I'm surprised that they decided that the city would be their main hub for career mode this year given criticisms NBA 2K got from players last year. Maybe, they were unable to come up with an alternative concept for the hub this year and decided to use the City again.

Fans are still able to go to the various shops and purchase clothing for your player. They've also added new clothing companies this season so keep an eye for new releases of new items. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to access this game mode because of a glitch in the PS5 version, so I can't discuss in depth the new features in this game mode.
