I miss the older 2K. I am likely in the minority as I know it's better online play nowadays with the Neighborhood and all that, but I miss being able to just play offline career mode and being able to max out every feature. I don't have time and could care less about bringing my participant to the neighborhood so that I would not have any unfair benefits, but having a 6 foot 9 lebron type body with 99 everything (not just 99 total ) was so much fun to play. I guess that I could only do an franchise and also achieve this, but it's simply different.

Me just frustrate with how unrealistic it's as a basketball sim. I get that MyTEAM is supposed to be a fantasy sim but are so dumb and overpowered. I want to create competitive teams of my favorite players through history at their actual ability level, not have to play with 7'7 Bol Bol using a + 3 point shooting. MyCareer is equally frustrating because most people simply jack up contested shots and fret in their own stats. Id like a matchmaking manner and a redesign. Should be a lower penalty for defensive breakdowns brought on by switching and a much higher bad shot penalty.

For the first few years of enjoying 2K games I had been an offline career mode guy I'd make a super athlete and go conquer the Celtics for a few seasons pursuing records and one of the first things I did when I got every new game was go in and turn"game speed" around about 61-63 which provides a much more real sense to NBA 2K but currently in 2K20 I'm all in this mycareer mode and in online you cant mess with any settings in any way. To me it looks like playing water polo oh my god NBA 2K moves so slow at standard speed along with your guys looking like a bay watch scene running down court.

I have NBA 2K since quarantine began, I have just played the single player content largely since I'm nervous to play online due to the caliber of my team, but I am still having a blast. 2K is quite rewarding for f2p people compared to madden/fifa (games have changed over from).Could you fancy what makes you believe it is shit? I've started playing some days ago, and I am having a fantastic time whenever I play with my pals. Otherwise, I think it's fantastic. It's made me the sort of players who play sport games (I'm more of a FPS guy).

Am I crazy, but I am actually enjoying NBA 2K, last played 2K18, sold it after 2 months, last 2K I enjoyed this much was 2K14. 98% I play my career nba games, and I really believe that they made a fantastic balance, you don't have to grind, just play enjoy, story was brief, I love a couple cutscenes following NBA 2K. I just wish there were more play and all star cutscenes, that is the sole difficulty where they did not put any effort, and know HoF difficulty is straight cheating and cheesing but I still find it interesting enough to not lower it down.
